Listen to Syrian-American doctor Wafa Sultan's impassioned debate on Al-Jazeera TV in Qatar Feb. 2006.  She makes points that are simply too powerful to ignore, and certainly too powerful for extremist Islam (bin Laden, Hezbollah, etc) to refute.

Listen to this woman of unbelievable power and you cannot help but instantly understand who's right and who's wrong in the Middle East.  Listen to her and one cannot but realize that the Islamic world must stand up to its corrupt leaders, its nihilist religious leaders and establish a system of governance that serves the people and not the clerics outdated, unsuccessful visions of sharia law.

What VERSION of the qu'ran do you read? It seems certain groups of muslims are reading the version that suites their needs best to justify mass slaughter (muslims as well as westerners). As for saying Islam is not a religion that is forced on people, perhaps you should stop believing all the one sided propaganda that is being fed (successfully) to all muslims in their so called "FREE" societies. Religion, no matter what the belief system is supposed to be a guide to a better way of thinking and a better life, NOT a means with which to subjugate the world through terror and fear for the benefit of a few religious idiots who wield the wip. They are only powerful as long as they have enough fools to follow them and can keep their power by the use of terror or the threat of dire consequences to the muslims of the world. Outrage of the Muslim world (how pathetic and contrived)

Yes, conflict is a terrible thing. Death is a terrible thing. What a pity all the knee jerk rhetoric gets an airing all the time. No country is totally innocent when it comes to conflict but at least some of us try to keep civilian casualties to a minimum (thats more than can be said for the muslim butchers of Islam).
Perhaps all the muslims and wannabe muslims out there should start finding out the truth about the scum they so eagerly defend. It is true that not all muslims are terrorists but it is equally true that 99.9% of terrorists are muslim. Here are just a few facts.

Muslim outrage, huh! (poor misunderstood dears). OK … let’s do a little review. If you have the stomach for the truth:

Muslims fly commercial airliners into buildings in New York City (killing thousands). Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslim officials (religious police) block the exit where school girls are trying to escape a burning building. Because their faces were exposed (many are burned to death). Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims cut off the heads of three teenage girls on their way to a CHRISTIAN school in Indonesia. Muslim outrage? NO.
Again, in Indonesia, Muslims hack to death all the children (from a few months to 3 years old) and their carers at a CHRISTIAN nursery school. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims murder teachers trying to teach Muslim children in Iraq. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims murder over 80 tourists with car bombs outside cafes and hotels in Egypt. Muslim outrage? NO.
A Muslim attacks a missionary children’s school in India. Kills six. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims slaughter hundreds of children and teachers in Beslan, Russia. They also shoot many of the children in the back. Muslim outrage? NO.
Let’s go back further. Muslims kidnap and kill athletes at the Munich Summer Olympics. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims fire rocket-propelled grenades into schools full of children in Israel. Muslim outrage? NO.
Recently:
Muslims murder more than 50 commuters in attacks on London subways and buses. Over 700 are injured. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims murder hundreds and injure several hundreds of commuters in India. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims have, and still are murdering and raping thousands of people in Sudan (with the muslim Sudanese governments blessing and help). Approx 300,000 people including babies and small children (Christian and Muslim) brutaly murdered. Muslim outrage? NO.
In Somalia, Muslims are currently engaged in murdering anyone who gets in their way. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims massacre dozens of innocents at a Passover Seder. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims murder innocent vacationers in Bali. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslim newspapers publish anti-Semitic cartoons. Muslim outrage? Do they say sorry? NO.
Muslims are involved, on one side or the other, in almost every one of the 125+ shooting wars around the world. Muslim outrage? NO.
Muslims beat the charred bodies of Western civilians with their shoes, then hang them from a bridge. Muslim outrage? NO.
The list goes on and on and on and on.....
Newspapers in Denmark and Norway publish cartoons depicting Mohammed (not forgetting that these cartoons were published about a year prior to this whole event) Oh! and they were doctored by some "MUSLIMS" to make them appear worse than they were originally (but that dosn't matter, does it?).
Muslims outraged? Oh! YES. YES. DEATH TO THE WEST. Muslims are bred to kill eerything that might be different or smarter than they are, especially other muslims, (after all, the world is flat) according to many of their "intelligent" religious clerics.
Have you ever noticed how members of a certain religious leaning can't go one day without blood and guts being spilled and neither can they protest without burning buildings and/or killing someone or something. So much for the religion of peace, mercy and tolerance.
Here in Britain, why have muslims got their own MUSLIM COUNCIL, their own MUSLIM PARLIAMENT and their own MUSLIM DEFENCE LEAGUE?
Smells a little bit like "a state within a state" wouldn't you agree?
No doubt they have all the excuses to justify all this, like: "It's our culture" or "It's our religion" or "You just don't understand the way we do things" etc. etc.
Most muslims would like to see "Sharia law" introduced in the west. So what the hell are they doing over here in OUR COUNTRY? Oh! sorry, I forgot, FREEDOM, MEDICAL CARE, mustn't forget, SOCIAL SECURITY, FREE HOUSING, payed mainly by THE TAXES of working ENGLISH INFIDELS and of course, a Mosque or two or three in every city, town, village and fast food car park throughout the country. All with the blessings of the weak, spineless government morons who profess to have our best interests at heart. WE ARE AT WAR!!! If they all go back to their OWN lovely Islamic countries they can then indulge their appetite for blood letting:
Beheadings, amputations, mutilations, honour killings, hangings, cutting the noses, lips, ears, tongues, eyes and genitals from their helpless victims. Did I forget the gang raping of girls as another punishment to keep them in check? and let us not forget the "JUSTIFIED" summary executions of any and all who have the gall to THINK or ask questions.
This is just a thought, but why is it that those who call for other muslims to "kill themselves and as many innocents as they can take with them", never step forward and do it themselves. Answer: "Are you kidding, they are not that stupid. They leave all that to their braindead followers".
Oh! No! more muslim outrage!!!! Quick, all you human rights lawyers (Cherie Blaire and her cronies), Liberty lawyers and Anti-Racist lawyers etc. etc. there's a pot of money to be had here!
I wonder, if given the choice, (without any fear of retribution or certain death), how many muslims would like to live in peace and have a society where they could walk, laugh, tell jokes about anything and everything, marry who THEY wanted to marry and not be afraid that they would be killed by some religious nutter from inside or outside the family? The so called Honour Killing. How utterly pathetic AND dangerous these, dare I say it, "PEOPLE" are.
The sooner this is sorted out, the better and safer, we, our children and our grand children will be.
So to all you gutless cowtowers out there I hope that your eyes are opened soon, before they are shut permanently.

Fighting from and using the holy places (mosques) to store weapons seems to be the acceptable thing to do as is using hospitals and schools. The Iraqi people have been given a golden chance to shake off their chains of oppression but the "Jihadist" from other muslim states with help from some of the local criminal gangs don't want them to be free. Just look at how many Iraqi 's have been, and still are being slaughtered by these so called "muslim brothers". That other Iranian puppet "Al Sadre" is also doing his best for his masters over the border. So called TRUE MUSLIMS cite the Holy Qu'ran and then proceed to murder innocent men, women and children. WHERE is your OUTRAGE now, you hypocritical, religious, spineless muslim leaders? Sorry, I forgot. You are too busy planning your next murderous act against more innocent civilians. I do not need a history lesson about the atrocities commited by Christians, Jews, communists and the first two world wars. It happened and I would not try to deny or hide from the any of the facts (even though I did not participate in any of them) I had not been born. As for selling MILLIONS of Africans into slavery, that figure is a bit over the top. Arabs have been trading in black slaves even before they became muslims. Black people are viewed as less than dogs to a lot of Arabs (a bit like their women). The same can be said for some idiots in the western hemisphere. The big difference IS...people in the west have not made this type of thing part of their every day life or religion. It is no longer acceptable behaviour. I want Islam to evolve into something great and good (the same as all the other religions). It will help to bind us all together but it should not be imposed upon people under threat of death or torture. It should also not be used to justify inhuman acts against other people just because they are not of the same faith.
I keep being told "just because some muslims are killing innocent people I should not blame Islam". WHY? Every time my "brother muslims" kill another 20-50-100-1000 people, they and their supporters cite passages from the Holy Qu'ran to justify themselves. What does the muslim world do? NOTHING! As usual. I am losing my faith in Islam (as are many others) because of my fellow muslims refusal to accept that (today) this is our problem. Made all the worse by our leaders, spokesmen and indeed the majority of muslims all over the world (simply because of their fear to speak out against these animals). If we must protest, then lets protest about how these individuals among us are making Islam the most hated and reviled religion in the world. Let "US" sort out this mess and prove BEYOND DOUBT that ours IS a religion of peace and tolerance. WE will not stand for this behaviour from our brothers and sisters. It is not acceptable to us.
Only then can we hope to stand tall. WE must rid ourselves of this malignant tumour that is growing in our midst. Islam is political to the core. In Islam the mosque and state are one and the same—the mosque is the state. This arrangement goes back to the days of Muhammad himself. Islam is also radical to the extreme. Even the “moderate” Islam is radical in its beliefs as well as its deeds. Muslims believe that all non-Muslims, bar none, are hellfire bound and well-deserve being maltreated to the utmost.
No radical barbaric act of depravity is out of bounds for Muslims in dealing with others. They destroy precious statues of Buddha, level sacred monuments of other religions, and bulldoze the cemeteries of non-Muslims—a few examples of their utter extreme contempt toward others.
Muslims are radical even in their intrafaith dealings. Various sects and sub-sects pronounce other sects and sub-sects as heretics worthy of death; women are treated as chattel, deprived of many rights; hands are chopped for stealing even a loaf of bread; sexual violation is punished by stoning, and much much more. These are standard day-to-day ways of the mainstream “moderate” Muslims living under the stone-age laws of Shariah.
The “moderate” Islam has been outright genocidal from inception. Their own historians record that Ali, the first imam of the Shiite and the son-in-law of Muhammad, with the help of another man beheaded 700 Jewish men in the presence of the prophet himself. The prophet of Allah and his disciples took the murdered men’s women and children in slavery. Muslims have been, and continue to be, the most vicious and shameless practitioner of slavery. Slave trade, even today, is a thriving business in Islamic lands where wealthy, perverted sheikhs purchase children of the poor from traffickers for their sadistic gratification.
It is a well-established fact that a Jew’s word is his bond. The exact opposite is the case with Muslims. Muslims are taught deception and lying in the Quran itself—something that Muhammad practiced during his life whenever he found it expedient. Successive Islamic rulers and leaders have done the same. Khomeini, the founder of the 1979 Iranian Revolution, for instance, rallied the people under the banner of democracy. All along his support for democracy was not a commitment of an honest man, but a ruse of a true Muslim. As soon as he gathered the reign of power, Khomeini went after the Useful Idiots of his time with vengeance. These best children of Iran, having been thoroughly deceived and used by the crafty phony populist-religionist, had to flee the country to avoid the fate of tens of thousands who were imprisoned or executed by the double-crossing imam.
Almost three decades after the tragic Islamic Revolution of 1979, the suffocating rule of Islam casts its death-bearing pal over Iranians. A proud people with enviable heritage is being systematically purged of its sense of identity and forced to think and behave like the barbaric and intolerant Muslims. Iranians who had always treated women with equality, for instance, have seen them reduced by the stone-age clergy to sub-human status of Islamic teaching. Any attempt by the women of Iran to counter the misogynist rule of Muhammad’s mullahs is mercilessly suppressed. Women are beaten, imprisoned, raped and killed just as men are slaughtered without due process or mercy.
The lesson is clear. Beware of the Useful Idiots who live in liberal democracies. Knowingly or unknowingly, they serve as the greatest volunteer and effective soldiers of Islam. They pave the way for the advancement of Islam and they will assuredly be among the very first victims of Islam as soon as it assumes power.

To Our Muslim Friends:

This CNSNews poll is a clear message to Muslims in the U.S. and around the world.

In light of the above poll, my suggestion to the entire Islamic community is this: Muslims must discard all aspects of their religion that insist that it is their moral obligation to force the non-Islamic parts of the world to choose among the following: Convert to Islam, be killed, or become dhimmis.

If the murder and mayhem continue, and if Muslims do not very publically, widely, loudly, and SINCERELY (forget the taqiyya and kitman, my Muslim friends) stand up and actively oppose those who engage in these practices, people all around the world will become weary and run out of patience.

As you can see from the poll, you can't rely on the PC media or the PC politicians or the PC celebrities for information about how the American public regards Muslim "extremists."

Now you and I, my Muslim friends--along with many others--understand full well that the kind of behavior the so-called "extremists" engage in is actually an integral part of your religion, and that it is, in fact, your religious obligation to 1) engage in it, or at the very least, 2) support it.

We all know that there are some--not many, but some--among you who would prefer to live in peace among your Infidel neighbors. For this, you are considered heretics, and since heresy is frowned upon, up to and including qualifying you for the death penalty, you remain silent.

Look at those poll figures; I did not make them up. While they are from a selected part of the American population, they nevertheless represent a growing number of people who are getting fed up. Listen to the growing numbers of callers to radio talk shows who are angry at Muslims; consider the level of frustration Americans are experiencing at those of our politicians who refuse to take common-sense measures such as defending our ports and borders, and profiling Muslims. Watch the growing support for politicians like Tom Tancredo, who dare to confront the PC forces to warn people of what Islam is really up to.

It is said that up to 70% of Muslims support what their more activist colleagues are doing when they blow up 3000 people, saw the heads off of captive workers, bomb school buses and subways, and on, and on, and on.

As for the 30% of you who do not, you risk getting caught up in whatever happens to your hostile fellows if their
irrational behaviors do not stop soon. There are those, including myself, who greatly fear that bitterness and anger will sweep up those among you who "compartmentalize" your religion, living only by its more reasonable parts, and rejecting those parts which doom Muslims to unremitting conflict, generation after generation, with the rest of the world.

Do not be discouraged that only 25%-30% of you wish to co-exist with non-Muslims. After all, only 30% of American Colonists supported the idea of political separation from Britain. The war was hard fought, and we paid dearly for it, but look at us now!

Do I believe you must discard Islam? No; groups exist today, as we speak, that have "spun off" from the kind of Islam that the rest of the world is growing weary of. If you know your own history, then you know that the Koran, the Hadith, and the Sirat Rasul Allah have not always been the literal "marching orders" that they became when Al-Ghazali finally established fundamentalism as the one and only version of Islam.

I strongly suggest that if you wish to survive at all as a religion, that you re-examine and reconsider adopting the views of your Mu'tazilite predecessors, the writings of Ibn Rushd, the philosophy of scholars such as Ali Sina, and all of those sects today that would prefer a peaceful, productive, happy life.

There is no way on God's green earth that Islam, as practiced today, will be permitted by the rest of the world to continue on its present course forever, and if you do not stand up and act, you will almost surely find yourselves in a nasty pickle.

Act you must, if you wish to survive; you can do it! At the beginning of WWII, the Shinto religion shared many of the more troublesome aspects of Islam, and largely because of that, many Americans of Japanese descent were herded off to internment camps because friend could not easily be discerned from foe.

What did the Japanese Americans do? Well, for example, they joined the military and became heros in defense of the United States. They took their oath seriously, not in the spirit of Islam's well-known taqiyya and kitman, and they did not use their positions in the military as a means of sabotaging the war effort or "fragging" their officers. They were true heroes, and in less than a generation after the war, they became respected citizens of the United States once again.

You can do it, my friends, and I suggest that if you need to form secret "resistence" groups against those who would kill you for your heresy, like those formed by those opposing the Nazis in Europe during WWII, then do so, and do it quickly.

Take the poll seriously. Consider the alternative if you don't. Americans are becoming impatient with our PC politicians who refuse to take common-sense measures in the best interests of our beloved country.

You may have noticed that Americans aren't inclined to sit around on their hands, waiting for the government to "do something." We have always been a "can-do" people. One of our favorite old saying goes, "If you want something done right, do it yourself." For example, we are growing tired of our President's abject refusal, for whatever reason, to carry out his oath of office and protect the borders, so we are beginning to do the job ourselves. Watch us as we continue to move in the direction of protecting our country by each and every means necessary, including electing officials who understand what must be done. Many of us--and that includes this blogger--plan to enthusiastically support the candidacy of reality-oriented politicians of integrity like Tom Tancredo for president, who would take whatever measures necessary to put an end to this lethal ongoing Islamic temper tantrum.

As the Muslim community knows as well as anyone, there is currently a lot of speculation growing that lethal devices of some sort, possibly even radiological, have been placed about this country in various locations--some suggest that they are hidden in mosques. If this is so, and if they are used, it will be too late for you. Even those among you who are 1) in complete opposition to terrorism AND 2) desire co-existence AND 3) oppose the forced conversion of the earth into a Muslim planet will, unfortunately, unavoidably suffer the consequences.

Many of us understand that living under the system you live under, with its totalitarian control, its continuous stream of threats for deviation of any kind, its prohibition of questioning Islam in any way, its micromanagement of your lives to the point where you have no time to do anything other than figure out how to avoid the fires of hell, can drain you of your confidence in your own competence, of your self-esteem, and of your courage. But if you have any shred left of self-esteem and courage, and some ideas about how to stop the madness, ACT, don't just sit there, hoping you won't be mistaken for the
enemy.

Last Tuesday, after a 90-minute meeting with John Prescott, the deputy prime minister, to discuss the challenges of extremism and foreign policy, I emerged and was immediately asked by the media whether I agreed that what British Muslims needed were Islamic holidays and sharia (Islamic law). I thought I had walked into some parallel universe.

Sadly this was not a joke. These issues had apparently formed part of the discussion the day before between Prescott, Ruth Kelly, the communities minister, and a selection of “Muslim leaders”. I realised then that it wasn’t me and the media who were living in a parallel universe — although certain “Muslim leaders” might well be.

Maybe some of these “leaders” believed that cabinet ministers were being alarmist, that the terror threat posed by British extremists was exaggerated. Maybe they thought that the entire plot and threat were the “mother of all smokescreens”, a bid to divert our attention from the killing fields of Lebanon. Or maybe it was another symptom of that epidemic that is afflicting far too many Muslims: denial. Out of touch with reality, frightened to propose any real solutions for fear of “selling out”, but always keen to exact a concession — a sad but too often true caricature of some so-called Muslim leaders.

Other members of the Muslim community I am sure would have cringed as I did when listening to Dr Syed Aziz Pasha, secretary-general of the Union of Muslim Organisations of the UK and Ireland, who explained his demand for sharia and more holidays: “If you give us religious rights we will be in a better position to convince young people that they are being treated equally along with other citizens.” He has done much good work over the years but this is clearly not one of his better moments.

Who speaks for Muslims? The government has a near impossible task but I’m sure even it realises that we need to look beyond some of the usual suspects and, crucially, to find mechanisms directly to engage with young people, where many of our challenges lie. To me the plot seemed all too real: I flew back from the United States that very week; my sister, her husband and their two kids live in New York so we all regularly shuttle to and fro. If the alleged plot had been realised we could all have been “statistics”.

As I have repeatedly said, in this world of indiscriminate terrorist bombings, where Muslims are just as likely to be the victims of terrorism as other British and US citizens, we Muslims have an equal stake in fighting extremism. Hundreds of Muslims died on 9/11 and 7/7. But more importantly, given that these acts are carried out in the name of our religion — Islam — we have a greater responsibility not merely to condemn but to confront the extremists. In addition to being the targets of terrorism, Muslims will inevitably be the targets of any backlash.

Given this context, most Muslims will perhaps feel disappointed at some of the comments of those “leaders” who went in to bat on their behalf. Of course self- indulgent bad timing is not the sole preserve of Muslim leaders: David Cameron’s gross misjudgment of the national mood in his criticisms of how the government had failed to keep us safe and secure were just as crass. Cameron’s stance, in undermining the unity required from our leaders on such occasions of national unease,played into the extremists’ hands.

So too, unfortunately, did the comments of some of the “Muslim leaders” who demanded sharia for British Muslims rather than the existing legal system. The call for special public holidays for Muslims was unnecessary, impracticable and divisive. Most employers already allow their staff to take such days out of their annual leave. And what about special holidays for Sikhs, Hindus, Jews? If we amended our laws to accommodate all such requests, then all the king’s horses and all the king’s men wouldn’t be able to put our workplaces and communities back together again.

When it comes to sharia, Muhammad ibn Adam, the respected Islamic scholar, says: “It is necessary by sharia to abide by the laws of the country one lives in, regardless of the nature of the law, as long as the law doesn’t demand something that is against Islam.” It is narrated in the Koran that the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “It is necessary upon a Muslim to listen to and obey the ruler, as long as one is not ordered to carry out a sin.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, no 2796 & Sunan Tirmidhi).

In Britain there are no laws that force Muslims to do something against sharia and Muslims enjoy the freedom to worship and follow their religion, as do all other faiths. Compare Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia, a sharia regime where women are forbidden to drive; or Turkey, a secular country where women are forbidden to wear the hijab; or Tunisia, where civil servants are forbidden to wear a beard.

I believe that as a Muslim there is no better place to live than Britain. That doesn’t mean that all in the garden is rosy; often Islamophobia is palpable. But my message is: whether you are white, Asian, black, Muslim, Christian or Jew, if you don’t like where you’re living you have two choices: either you live elsewhere, or you engage in the political process, attempt to create change and ultimately respect the will of the majority.

When Lord Ahmed, the Muslim Labour peer, heard my comments — I said essentially that if Muslims wanted sharia they should go and live somewhere where they have it — he accused me of doing the BNP’s work. He is entitled to his opinion. However, a little honesty, like mine, in this whole debate might just restore trust in politicians and ease the population’s anxieties.

Since I made my remarks my office has been overwhelmed with support. I also know that some Muslims feel uncomfortable, not necessarily because they disagree but because they feel targeted. But what I want to say to my fellow British Muslims is that in this country we enjoy freedoms, rights and privileges of which Muslims elsewhere can only dream. We should appreciate that fact and have the confidence to fulfil the obligations and responsibilities as part of our contract with our country and as dictated by sharia law.

But I have travelled to many muslim countries since 9/11 and yes, I have heard condemnation of these vile acts, BUT I have yet to see a world wide protest of the millions of so called "moderate" muslims take to the steets and condemn these barbaric acts and the encouragement of these acts, commited by muslims in the name of Islam. NOT people. Have people so little faith in Allah, that they feel the need to interfere and make Allah's choices.
Instead of treating all outsiders as enemies and looking at their faults through a microscope, perhaps we should start looking at all the things our "so called enemies" have given to us. What have we given in return? We whine about everything. We want our own way all of the time and when we do not get it, we whine and protest about how unfairly teated we are. Maybe we should start examining ourselves under the microscope for once. I suspect it will never happen because we are too afraid of what we will find. We should be honest with ourselves before demanding it of others.

These words have been taken from another source but do sum up our feelings about Backward thinking mullah's and how lack of open minded education to the majority of our fellow muslims can and does lead to a hive mentality. In our many debates with Muslims, we’ve noticed that an excuse typically offered for the horrific violence that Muhammad meted out against neighboring tribes (once he was powerful enough to do so) is that it was punishment for the violation of peace agreements. According to defenders of the Religion of Peace, Muslims are perfectly justified in attacking non-Muslims when the terms of a contract are broken.

Self-defense is another excuse used by many Muslims to explain contemporary Islamic terrorism. If attacked, they say they have the right to attack back.

Fair enough, but why aren’t these Muslims mature enough to accord others the same privilege?

For example, by refusing to allow weapons inspections and flouting sixteen separate UN resolutions, Saddam Hussein broke the terms of the 1991 armistice, thus justifying his forcible removal from power – even by Qur’anic standards. The murderous incursions by Hamas and Hezbollah into Israel are another clear provocation that would not have been tolerated by the Muslims of yore.

Certainly we don’t remember Muhammad exercising nearly as much patience, restraint, or concern for other populations as the Americans have for Iraqis, or the Israelis for the Lebanese and Palestinians. In fact, Muhammad typically made slaves and concubines out of other tribes. Women were raped shortly after watching their husbands slaughtered and their children enslaved.

Yet Muslims around the world believe that the action against Saddam was unjust, and that Israel should just absorb rocket attacks without shooting back. This is because Islam operates on a fundamental double-standard. Muslims may do as they wish to non-Muslims without the expectation of retaliation, because the lives of unbelievers are essentially worthless under Islamic law. Islam has never recognized universal human rights.

Nothing else explains the extreme egocentrism of the Islamic community, the indifference toward terror, and the peevish of Muslims living in the West, who cynically exploit the full measure of freedom and civil rights while showing not the slightest interest in the miserable plight of non-Muslims in Muslim lands.
Regardless of whether you’re a liberal or a conservative (or somewhere in between), it’s time to admit that Islam isn’t just another religion that benignly preaches the Golden Rule of “do unto others…” Islam has only one goal, and that is Islam, Islam, Islam.

With Islamic funndamentalists gunning down gays, transsexuals, independence-minded woman and even HIV-positive single mothers, it's a bit of a mystery as to why some people still can't pick a side in the war on Islamic extremism.

When Hezbollah attacks Israel again (and they will) to provoke another war, Israelis should remember the lesson learned from this round – namely that restraint does nothing more than hand the enemy a hollow victory.

The international community and it's media isn’t mature enough to recognize an asymmetrical war, where one side attempts to limit civilian casualties, while the other attempts to maximize them. It does not matter that Israel drops leaflets warning residents [and terrorists alike] to flee before bombing, or that Hezbollah deliberately uses civilians as human shields and sends rockets into populated areas with no military objective.

The world will never take Israel’s side in a conflict against Muslims, no matter how just. Instead it will always demand that Israel obey international law and the highest standards of discretion that its enemy has not the slightest obligation toward, effectively preventing the Jewish nation from achieving victory – and then celebrating the contrived result as the “humiliating defeat” of a nuclear power.

Next time, the bar should be set down to the enemy’s level. Total War. Israel can’t lose respect that it will never have anyway, but it can make its population safer and, perhaps, provide a genuine incentive for its neighbors to behave themselves in the future.

Our own opinion of what should be done to the soldier responsible for the rape and murder of an Iraqi girl last March is:
"In order to satisfy the concerns of Muslims around the world, and show the United States as a truly open and magnanimous nation, I would propose that the American service members charged with the crimes of rape and murder be tried under Shariah law. I think it would be better for everyone, Muslims and the accused as well.

While she was being raped in one room, her family was being killed in the next room. Since they obviously had no honor, as their daughter was already raped, their deaths mean nothing. With the family all dead, it fell to the rapist to punish his victim, and honorably kill the girl, which he allegedly did.

"Under American military law, these men could all be executed by firing squad or hanging..."

And yet, ironically, only under ISLAMIC law do rapists go free.

Islam has touched the lives of all of us, yet we are forbidden even to use language that may offend petulant Muslims, who are far more concerned about their own sensibilities than even the most horrific murders and terror attacks in the name of Islam.

Well, here’s the truth. The religion of Islam makes it necessary for young mothers to have to empty baby bottles at the security gates of airports, because the Muslim parents of a 6-month-old infant (living off the welfare system in Britain, no less) wanted to offer their entire family as a sacrifice to Allah and kill as many infidel airline passengers in the process.

Christian Mark Gabriel was raised a Muslim, memorized the Koran by age 12, and earned a PhD in Islamic studies. I think his comments are well worth reading. I recently ordered his book "Islam and the Jews". Chapter 8 of his book is especially enlightening.
Islamism is the cause of terrorism, and the correct way to fight terrorism is to discredit Islamism. Islam was once seventh century Arabic idol worshipping culture, there were many "gods" to chose from. The main god was The Moon god (Allah) which was worshipped by the most influential tribe of the time of which Muhammed the "prophet" was born into. This also explains the Islamic flag of the crescent moon. As Muhammed gained power and influence, he, with some disenchanted Jews took passages from the Jewish scriptures and started to apply them to the foundling Islam. This was elevated to the status of a religion, and then spread throughout the world by the only method Muhammed knew, violence, murder and intimidation. Along with his supporters, this perverse egomaniacal butcher grew ever stronger by the liberal use of intimidation, terror and murder. All used to good effect, even to this day. In many instances it is clear that many writings of the Qu'ran are completely opposite in meaning to one another.

Bookstores offer a plethora of titles that portray Islam as a peaceful religion. I suspect that militants are paying for writers to keep shelves well stocked with these books in order to keep the western world anaesthetized to the realities of Islam and terrorism.

When a scholar and former Muslim like Gabriel says that Islam is a religion of contradictions and violence, I think his comments are worth careful consideration. He most certainly cannot be accused of not knowing his subject (but no doubt he will be).
He points out that Jews and Arabs lived together peacefully before the appearance of Islam and it's so called "prophet".

Five people including a teenage couple who married against their families' will have been murdered by relatives in the latest incident of so called "honour killing" in Pakistan, police say.
Killings carried out in the name of a family's honour are common in Pakistan's conservative rural areas where old feudal and tribal traditions still hold sway.
The couple - Kamalan and Allah Rakhio - both 18 and from rival clans in the southern province of Sindh, had married about three months ago after eloping, said Usman Subaho, a police officer investigating the case.
"They were killed just a few days after returning to their village after getting married in Karachi," he said.
"We have identified 10 men (YES, it took 10 brave muslim men) who took part in this carnage and are hunting for them."
The girl's family took her wedding as a slight on their honour, (ignorant, backward morons).
The attackers stormed the couple's house, killing them and three other family members including a THREE YEAR OLD girl, said Subaho.
Eleven family members were wounded in the attack, he said.
The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan says about 1,000 people are killed in honour-related crimes every year in Pakistan.

What a self serving person you must be, but you are entitled to you views. Why can you not speak without bringing up the "Crusades"? I have no doubt that the Crusaders commited terrible acts but then so did most of the soldiers of that ancient time (muslim as well).
I think the point Wafa is trying to make is that this is precisely what is wrong with muslim extremist mentality or thinking (or lack thereof). All she is trying to get over to all you self righteous muslim religious bigots is the fact that muslims haven't managed to shake off their prehistoric ways and come into the 21st century without wanting to kill or convert every body that doesn't hold their views. The fact that nobody who lives in an Islamic country dare speak their mind without the fear of being murdered for their opinions just about sums it all up really.
As with most muslims in these trying times you seem to be in denial that a lot of your fellow muslims (not all of them) are murdering innocent people in the west, Sudan and especially Iraqi muslims, who's only crime is that of trying to earn enough money to feed their families and give their children a better future. You are quite right that Jews, Christians etc. live in these countries and if they manage to live in harmony with the muslims around them, that is good, for all the people. I concede that not all muslim governments are extremist hardline but they are only a short distance from becoming so. Perhaps the next time you are in TEHRAN you might like to walk around without a scarf or say that the government is wrong, maybe also make a joke about the Ayatolla and his band of merry Mullah's. We could then all see just how long it would take for the Tolerance of these teachers of Islam to take effect. I do not condemn all muslims for the actions of a few but I condemn all muslims who do not act against these dealers in death and their corrupt religious teachers/leaders. Go to Sudan and stop the mass slaughter of the black muslim population by the Sudanese muslim government and the ARAB Janjaweed militia's.
